Create a Culture of Awareness and Responsibility on the Road
Here at BusPatrol, our goal is to create a culture of responsibility and awareness on the road. We aim to make the journey to and from school safer. Join us on our ‘Mission to Zero’ campaign. Through educating drivers and correcting behavior through stop-arm enforcement, we can see a day where there are no illegal passings on the road.
Increase Safety by Using HD Video and Archiving
We bring you closer to your child‘s journey and make those who care for your children more accountable by increasing safety using HD video & archiving. We use some of the same technologies in your smartphone including GPS, HD video, cloud storage, real-time updates, analytics, and encryption. More technology means more accountability and more security for the wellbeing of our children. This is the most modern solution to a basic necessity: enhancing and protecting the lives of our kids.
Preserving the Trust that Children have for their Bus Drivers, and the Bus
Millions of times each day, a school bus driver will bring her bus to a stop and activate the red lights and the stop arm on the bus. A child steps off the curb to cross the road and board the bus that’s waiting to take him to school. The child trusts the bus driver and feels safe on the bus. Children are used to this routine. They trust us. They trust the school employees, their teachers, their bus drivers, and the bus. So when the school bus driver tells a student that it’s safe to board the bus, they are counting on us to keep them safe. They trust other motorists to obey the law, to respect their safety, and to stop for those red flashing lights on the school bus. Then out of nowhere, that trust is broken when a car passes a school bus when it should have stopped. A child’s life is now in the hands of a motorist who ignores flashing red lights and doesn’t respect the safety of a child. Motorists illegally pass stopped school buses tens of thousands of times each day in North America. BusPatrol America cares about student safety. We educate motorists every day by helping to enforce the law and work with school officials to improve safety. Our products and services cost taxpayers nothing. Not a cent. We hope more school districts call on us to help preserve the trust that children have as they travel to and from school every day.
